The staff provided really good service. Breakfast included cooked-to-order eggs and a selection of breads (I enjoyed the pancakes!). I found the location convenient to the Medina.

The room lighting was dim. Shower water pressure was inconsistent. The shower curtain was too short (the bathroom floor got wet).

the staff seemed helpful. the pool area was nice. i appreciated the traditional decor. the restaurant provided a lovely atmosphere, even at dinner near the pool.

the location felt a bit far into the medina. it could make getting around a bit tricky. music was played loudly until late. this made it harder to relax in my room. the bed seemed uncomfortable because it was actually two mattresses pushed together.

Mixed Feelings About This Hotel

cracked walls limited breakfast

I encountered several issues . The walls were cracked and some lighting was out. Breakfast lacked variety. If you do not prefer eggs, your options are limited. The lack of privacy was my biggest concern, I could clearly hear conversations and loud music from the courtyard below until late at night. This made it difficult to relax. I wish I could upload a sound bite.

the staff was always nice and helpful. transfers booked through the hotel ran very smoothly. the overall atmosphere was lovely , and the location allowed for easy exploration of the city.

the music from the courtyard was very loud in my room at night , making it difficult to relax sometimes.

Staff were really nice too aid with extra things needed.

Water pressure was weak. I was unable to shower properly. I had to find creative ways to wash myself and the toilet would not flush. This isn't what I expect.

attentive staff tasty treat convenient location

I found the staff very attentive to my needs. i also liked the complimentary macarons offered upon arrival. A tasty treat after a long day. the riad is within walking distance to many attractions, a convenient location. i certainly can recommend it.

i did find the bar prices somewhat high. i was surprised to pay 80 drm for a small beer. i suggest checking prices beforehand.

The riad has a library filled with books. A great place for creative people. a pianist played in the evenings. This created a magical atmosphere during dinner. the hotel also has a wine cellar. This complements the restaurant well.

The riad is located away from medina's hustle. A quieter spot. the jardin majorelle is about a 20-25 minute walk. Easy access. leaving the medina for a taxi is quick. This makes other places accessible.
