the staff was always nice and helpful. transfers booked through the hotel ran very smoothly. the overall atmosphere was lovely , and the location allowed for easy exploration of the city.
the music from the courtyard was very loud in my room at night , making it difficult to relax sometimes.

breakfast included fresh orange juice , yogurt with fruit , and warm bread served with care. dinner offered a delicious experience accompanied by a talented pianist.

the riad features a heated pool with a jacuzzi , a very welcome amenity after a day of sightseeing. there is a beautiful courtyard , designed for relaxation and reflection.

Staff were very good too aid with extra things needed.
Water pressure was weak. I was unable to shower properly. I had to find creative ways to wash myself and the toilet would not flush. This isn't what I expect.

I found the staff very attentive to my needs. i also liked the complimentary macarons offered upon arrival. A tasty treat after a long day. the riad is within walking distance to many attractions, a convenient location. i certainly can recommend it.
i did find the bar prices somewhat high. i was surprised to pay 80 drm for a small beer. i suggest checking prices beforehand.

The elephant suite had a charming balcony. A nice feature. the room décor included a bang & olufsen speaker. A treat for music lovers. i found the design thoughtful. A plus for me.

The riad has a library filled with books. A great place for creative people. a pianist played in the evenings. This created a magical atmosphere during dinner. the hotel also has a wine cellar. This complements the restaurant well.

The riad is located away from medina's hustle. A quieter spot. the jardin majorelle is about a 20-25 minute walk. Easy access. leaving the medina for a taxi is quick. This makes other places accessible.
